Your Oyster Recipe of the Day: Oyster Mac and Cheese. I’m on the hunt for an oyster macaroni and cheese that’s a keeper. This recipe needs some work, but is a good foundation. Wherever it calls for low-fat or skim, go full-fat. It’s mac and cheese! If your grocer has pre-shucked oysters at the seafood counter, get those instead of the can.
