Your Oyster Recipe of the Day: Oyster Rice Bowl (Oyster Donburi 牡蛎丼). For this Japanese rice bowl, oysters, onions and ginger juice simmer in a sauce of dashi stock, soy sauce and mirin and then get topped with lightly beaten eggs.
