I don’t know if it was seeing fresh peaches at the market, or looking for respite from the dog days of summer, but I’m still craving frosty, fruity ices on my oysters. This one from Martha Stewart combines peaches with lemon juice and sugar. Created as a snack, it would be amazing spooned onto raw oysters with a pinch of fresh basil.
