Your Oyster of the Day: Oysters Mosca.
Shu-Shu Rogers mentioned these last week and I haven’t been able to get them off my mind! This dish was made famous at Mosca’s and Manale’s restaurants in New Orleans. I’m looking forward to trying this version of the recipe from Penzey’s. It can be served as an appetizer, or over garlic-buttered pasta.
