
Your Oyster of the Day (the first of many to come): Several years ago, my friend Jan Gautro introduced me to Drago‘s Charbroiled Oysters. It was the seed of an addiction. Now I have an oyster obsession. Any bay (Tomales to Buzzard). Any preparation. I want to try them all.
