Your Oyster Recipe of the Day: Taipei Oyster Po’Boy.

Mandy Lee at Lady and Pups makes the already wonderful oyster po’boy extraordinary. Oysters are breaded with cornmeal and tapioca flour, fried, tossed with minced garlic, topped with fried Thai basil and white pepper AND (take a breath) served on toasted hero rolls spread with Frank Stitt’s house special tartar sauce. Shucking incredible!
